We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading agile software development teams to work in a collaborative environment, helping to drive results and deliver value for one of our international clients in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

→Act as the Project Manager, orchestrating various workstreams;
→Experience in implementing and monitoring development, quality, productivity, business, and application health metrics;
→Strong communication and partnership with the team and stakeholders (in Portuguese and English);
→Management of roadmap, technical scope, and requirements;
→Management of risks, impediments, and crises;
→People development, engagement, and teamwork.
