We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager/Squad Leader with expertise in Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the execution of a multi-year MarTech roadmap. Your leadership in Agile practices will be essential for delivering successful outcomes.

Requirements

Agile Experience: Proven experience leading Agile ceremonies.
MarTech Knowledge: Familiarity with Paid Media, Email, Push notifications, and other MarTech channels.
Data & Integration Skills: Experience with CDPs (e.g., Segment/Chord) and data ingestion into Braze.
Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust).
Tools Proficiency: Experience with Jira and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (written and spoken) for effective communication, especially with US teams.

Education: Experience in Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is a plus.
Work Experience: 3-5 years as a Product Owner or Project Manager in MarTech.
Dual Perspective: Understanding both marketing and technical aspects of projects.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English (written and spoken) for effective communication, especially with US teams.

Backlog Management: Own and refine the backlog, converting marketing requests into technical stories with clear acceptance criteria.
Agile Leadership: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams in Marketing Ops, Data Engineering, CRM, Ecommerce, CX, and Paid Media to design automated customer journeys.
Documentation Management: Maintain organization and governance in Confluence and Jira.
Developer Support: Ensure developers have the information they need to work efficiently.
Delivery Assurance: Confirm that the "Definition of Done" is met, including platform documentation and stakeholder handoffs.
Dependency Coordination: Manage dependencies with other product teams to minimize risks during handoffs.
