At CI&T, we help large enterprises transform the potential of AI into real business impact with AI Deployment, AI-native execution, and tech-integrated business solutions.
With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy.
We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day.
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our largest global clients in the agribusiness sector — an international client that will enable working within a multicultural team with countries such as the US, Switzerland, India, and Brazil. This is a senior-level, high-ownership role for someone who’s moved past just gathering requirements and is ready to shape product direction.
You’ll join one of the most established squads within CI&T’s partnership with this client — a mature engagement where the expectation is that you walk in and add value quickly, not wait to be told what to do.
Your scope covers the full requirements lifecycle: from leading discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders to validating that what gets shipped actually matches what was agreed. You’ll act as the connective tissue between business and engineering — managing priorities, leading agile ceremonies, and stepping into a de-facto PO role when the moment calls for it. The client relationship is solid, the team is experienced, and the bar for quality is high.
All interactions with the client’s product and business stakeholders are conducted in English.
