We are a global digital consultancy with over 8,000 professionals across strategy, research, data science, design, and engineering. We build digital products and solutions for some of the world's leading brands, with a 29-year track record of delivering business impact at scale.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join our Strategy & Foundations team, embedded in a strategic product program for one of the world's leading dealership management software providers.
You will collaborate closely with our Digital Strategist, User Researcher, Service Designer, and Technical Architect to translate research insight and strategic thinking into tangible, testable product concepts across multiple product areas. The focus is on speed of learning - moving quickly from idea to prototype to validated concept, before engineering investment begins.
This requires someone comfortable navigating complex challenges, iterating rapidly, and using prototypes to test assumptions, explore ideas, and inform design decisions rather than simply producing finished designs.
You'll collaborate regularly with stakeholders and customers across the UK and US.
