Marina Operations/Dock Staff

Catawba Island Club and Catawba Island Marina are looking to add motivated people to our Marina team.

We will be selecting individuals interested in an opportunity to grow within and learn more about marina operations. Customer service skills, reliability, teamwork, and hard work are the keys to success in this position.

Our marina team is responsible for providing courteous and professional customer service to our members and their guests. Some responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting in boat docking, pump-outs, fueling boats at our gas dock, boat washing and detailing, harbor maintenance, grounds cleaning, and helping with loading and unloading items for members.
