Requirements

Student attending a university on the SOA listing of Universities and Colleges with Actuarial Programs (UCAP), progressing toward a bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related major. Sophomores or students who have completed at least 2 semesters of relevant coursework, preferred.
Student required to be on-site two days a week at our office in Center City, Philadelphia (days/hours flexible to school class schedule)
Minimum 3.2 GPA
Proficient in working with data and modern analytical tools, including strong Excel skills, exposure to Python, R, SQL, AI-enabled tools, or other emerging technologies, is a plus
Communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and works well across teams by listening actively and contributing thoughtfully.
Shows early leadership potential by taking ownership, thinking strategically, embracing innovation, and influencing outcomes in changing or ambiguous environments.
Completion of at least one actuarial exam, preferred
