A Payroll Processor/Specialist will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll for Cinemark Holdings. This role will be responsible for applying procedures and exercising judgement to support managers and employees and process accurate payroll.

Responsibilities

→Responsible for the preparation and processing of biweekly payroll for over 22,000 employees; review and ensure accuracy of approved timesheets.
→Confirm and deduct appropriate taxes, garnishments and other special payroll deductions.
→Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve concerns timely.
→Responsible for employee updating employee records.
→Electronically files all employee forms.
→Back up for payroll tax, unemployment and garnishment remittance.
→Handles all I-9 tracking, management and compliance.

Requirements

2 - 3 years of experience in multi-state, multi-location, payroll processing, familiarity with federal and state regulations
Excellent customer service skills

Strong customer service skills
Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
