▶︎ What will you do:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Generative AI Engineer / Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative AI and machine learning solutions. This role focuses on leveraging generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI technologies to solve business challenges, improve operational efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI/ML engineering, software development, and cloud technologies, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.Design, develop, and implement AI/ML solutions, including generative AI applications, LLM-based systems, and intelligent automation.

・Build and optimize AI models, data pipelines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI-powered workflows.
・Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate emerging AI technologies and validate business use cases.
・Design scalable AI solution architectures, including model integration, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategies.
・Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
・Evaluate and implement AI frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve solution performance, reliability, and scalability.
・Support the transition of AI prototypes into production-ready applications.
・Stay current with advancements in generative AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
・Provide technical guidance, documentation, and recommendations to support AI adoption and innovation.

▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills:
・Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
・5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, software engineering, data science, or related technical roles.
・Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
・Hands-on experience developing AI/ML applications using modern frameworks and libraries.
・Experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
・Familiarity with AI platforms and cloud services such as Azure AI, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, or similar technologies.
・Experience with data processing, API integration, and AI application development.
・Understanding of AI solution architecture, cloud deployment, scalability, and system integration.
・Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
・Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
・Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model evaluation, monitoring, or responsible AI practices is a plus.
・Experience with agentic AI, workflow orchestration, model fine-tuning, or enterprise AI implementations is preferred.
・Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or cloud technologies are a plus.
