Responsibilities

→Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA designation, or any other relevant education
→Completion of In-Depth Tax Course I and II, or a Master's degree in taxation

A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
Strong tax compliance experience (essential)
Very strong tax accounting skills and good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards related to income taxes

Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness, autonomy, accuracy and commitment, combined with strong analytical and business acumen
Strong ability to manage priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to work as part of a team
Strong proficiency with office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an asset.
Strong proficiency with software used to prepare income tax returns and tax forms, such as Taxprep T2 and Taxprep Forms
Experience with Longview is an asset;
Interest in process improvement and demonstrated technological innovation;

Bilingualism in French and English, both written and spoken, is required, as the incumbent will serve English-speaking regions.
