• →Develop expertise and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the fuel value chain
• →Control and report the stock movements and balances for your portfolio in ERP system
• →Control and investigate fuel shrinkage (e.g. fuel losses or gains)
• →Identify, analyze and resolve discrepancies connected to the fuel stock for your portfolio
• →Maintain documentation and records linked to control functions to facilitate the audit trail
• →Interact with Business Unit operations, technical services, and other stakeholders
• →Participate as an SME in fuel business projects and improvement initiatives, including UAT and system upgrades

• Fuel suppliers and operational partners

• Higher education in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• Experience in accounting, finance, or inventory / stock control is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves daily contact with internal and external stakeholders across all our markets
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard Office tools
• Knowledge of accounting systems is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex issues or problems
• Improvement-driven with a focus on efficiency and collaborative team-player attitude
