District Manager in Training

Primary responsibilities include leading and developing people, merchandising, budget controls, recruiting, hiring, retention, total controllable loss and store profitability. Additional key responsibilities include establishing revenue and expense objectives, implementing marketing programs, along with evaluation and growth of direct reports.
