Responsibilities

→Process debit and credit notes, perform weekly and monthly accounting activities related to dealer sites;
→Clear daily transactions and promptly address any errors in collaboration with colleagues based in Belgium;
→Respond to queries from site managers, business unit representatives and external partners as needed;
→Review, prepare and process journal entries based on information received from business unit and other partners;
→Provide support by answering questions from other company departments regarding processed financial records;
→Execute month-end closing procedures, identifying and resolving discrepancies or errors;
→Actively contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience within accounting for at least 1-2 years;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written, to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad);
Fluent in French (both verbal and written);
Experience with ERP (SAP, JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Precise, analytical, organized, solution oriented and stress resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
