Responsibilities

→Handle calls and emails related to fuel deliveries for stations across North America.
→Provide support to stations regarding fuel deliveries, assist with delivery paperwork, and help resolve any related issues.
→Assist carriers in resolving fuel delivery issues, including maintenance, retain, cross drops, spills, and allocation concerns.

Very good communication and collaboration skills.
Precise, organized and stress resistant personality.
Adaptability, quick learning ability and willingness to develop new skills.
Fluency in English and French (both verbal and written) for daily communication with colleagues in North America.
Good overall skills with computers and programs.
A proactive, improvement driven mindset and strong teamwork skills.
Availability to work day, evening and night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
