Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
A recognized professional designation or relevant graduate degree is considered an asset.

5 to 7 years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, capital planning, investment analysis, strategic planning, consulting, portfolio management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience managing a complex process, program, or cross-functional initiative. Prior people-management experience is not required.
Experience developing executive-level analyses and presentations and supporting senior leadership decision-making.
Experience evaluating business cases, investment proposals, capital programs, or portfolio performance is strongly preferred.

Strong financial, analytical, and quantitative capabilities, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to strategic and operational implications.
Sound business judgment and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively, identify trade-offs, and recommend a clear path forward.
Ability to synthesize complex and sometimes incomplete information into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leaders.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, data visualization, automation, or AI-enabled tools is considered an asset

Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
