Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Over 7 years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably in enterprise or corporate finance roles.
Strong experience in integrated planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and performance management.
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong understanding of CAPEX/OPEX integration and capital allocation processes.
Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.
Proficiency with financial planning systems, ERP, and enterprise performance management tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and execution capabilities.
Collaborative leader who fosters alignment and accountability.
Highly organized with excellent prioritization and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, complex environments.

Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above. Specifically, the role requires collaboration with global teams.
