Responsibilities

→Monitor accounts to identify overdue invoices;
→Collaborate with Business units and external debt collection agencies;
→Prepare and analyze weekly debt aging portfolio and define debt collection actions;
→Serve customer (internal and external) queries related to payments and their postings;
→Balance confirmations for customers;
→Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency;
→Assist with internal and external audits;
→Participate in improvement projects.

Degree in accounting or related field;
Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
Experience with ERP (JDE experience will be considered as an advantage);
Fluency in English (both – oral and written) to communicate with partners in Europe;
Fluency in Swedish (both – oral and written) to communicate with partners in Sweden;
Precise, analytical, organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive, good team player.
