CircuitHub's mission is to fix rapid electronics prototyping. We're building the first automated electronics factory built around a modern tech stack to help hardware companies producing self-driving cars, satellites, 3D printers, robotics, and more rapidly prototype electronics and get to market faster.

We've raised venture capital from top investors including Y Combinator and Google Ventures. Our state-of-the-art facility in Massachusetts represents the future of electronics manufacturing—where cutting-edge automation meets precision craftsmanship.

Join our production team as a Production Operator and help us revolutionize electronics manufacturing. You'll work hands-on with advanced automated equipment, ensuring high-quality circuit board assembly while maintaining our industry-leading speed and precision standards.

No direct experience with electronics manufacturing is necessary, but we like curious people willing to learn. You enjoy working with your hands, take pride in quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology meets manufacturing excellence.

The types of work you'll do:

  • Quality Control - Performing visual inspections, testing, and quality checks on assembled circuit boards

  • Material Handling - Managing component inventory, kitting parts, and maintaining organized workstation areas

  • Process Optimization - Following standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency

  • Machine Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting basic issues, and coordinating with technical teams

  • Documentation - Recording production data, tracking metrics, and maintaining accurate work logs

  • Safety Compliance - Following all safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organized work environment

You might be a great fit if:

  • You can follow detailed procedures while also thinking critically about process improvements

  • You work well both independently and as part of a team

  • You're physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling small components

  • You have a positive attitude and adapt well to changing priorities in a growing company

Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or working with automated equipment. Technical training or certifications in manufacturing or electronics are a plus but not required.

  • Cutting-edge technology - Work with state-of-the-art automated manufacturing equipment

  • Mission-driven work - Help shape the future of electronics manufacturing

  • Skills development - Learn advanced manufacturing techniques and automation systems

  • Growth opportunity - Fast-growing company with opportunities for advancement

  • Collaborative environment - Work alongside engineers and technical specialists

  • Competitive benefits - Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off

  • Clean, modern facility - Climate-controlled environment with latest safety standards

  • Three shift schedule - Positions available on day, swing, and night shift

  • Team-oriented culture - Collaborative atmosphere where everyone's input matters

  • Continuous improvement - Always looking for ways to optimize processes and quality
