Principal Engineer - Digital Software Engineer - Senior Vice President

## Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on technology leader to drive the strategy, architecture, development, and modernization of customer-facing and internal digital platforms. This role requires deep expertise in full-stack engineering, cloud-native architectures, AI-enabled solutions, and large-scale enterprise application development. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping customer acquisition, onboarding, servicing, AML verification, customer journey orchestration, and self-service experiences across digital channels. This individual will provide technical leadership, influence engineering teams, contribute directly to architecture and solution design, and drive the adoption of emerging technologies including Generative AI and Agentic AI. This is primarily a technology leadership role requiring strong hands-on engineering and architecture capabilities, while also providing mentorship and technical guidance to engineering teams. What You'll Do * Lead design and development of enterprise-scale digital applications. * Architect and build APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutions. * Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted engineering tools. * Partner with business and product teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. * Mentor engineers and champion engineering excellence, quality, and innovation. * Modernize legacy platforms and build reusable frameworks and services. ### What We're Looking For * 15+ years of software engineering and technology leadership experience. * Strong hands-on expertise in: Java, Spring Boot, Python React, Angular, JavaScript Microservices and API Development MongoDB, DB2, Oracle, RDBMS/NoSQL Cloud Platforms, Containers, CI/CD * Experience building customer-facing digital products and platforms. * Knowledge of Generative AI, AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, and AI-powered development tools. * Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable solution design. ### Preferred Experience * Digital Banking or Financial Services * Customer Acquisition & Onboarding Platforms * Customer Experience & Self-Service Channels * AML / Compliance Solutions * Contact Center & IVR Integrations ### Why Join Us?
