Maintenance Seasonal – Headwaters Ice Rink (Riverfront)

Maintenance Seasonal – Headwaters Ice Rink (Riverfront) Schedule/Hours: 15–30 hours per week | Varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• →Open, close, and help secure the ice rink facility
• →Assist with ice maintenance, resurfacing, and general rink preparation
• →Operate or learn to operate a Zamboni and related ice maintenance equipment
• →Provide friendly, professional customer service to skaters and guests
• →Support admissions, skate rentals, concessions, and inventory needs

• →Assists with supervision and training of staff and volunteers as needed

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• One to three months of related work experience or training preferred

• First Aid and CPR certification (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within two weeks of hire
• Valid Indiana Driver's License

• Willingness and ability to learn Zamboni operation quickly
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a customer-facing, team-oriented environment
• Ability to sharpen rental skates
