Facilities Maintenance Tech

Description:

Intake notes:
3+ years exp; over 5 years would make a candidate stand out
HVAC exp is a plus, along w/ any general facility maintenance exp (trade background, school maintenance for example)
Needs to be self sufficient as this person will be on their own in the facilities

Qualifications

Strong background in electrical and mechanical facilities equipment; semiconductor equipment installation experience is highly desired
Demonstrated experience supporting one or more of the following systems:

HVAC
Water purification systems
Gas distribution systems
Chemical distribution systems
Waste treatment systems
Abatement and dosing systems
Pumps and chillers


Strong mechanical aptitude with experience working around hazardous chemicals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Associate's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related technical field OR equivalent hands‑on experience in a related role
