In this position, you will play a key role in generating project opportunities, and managing projects to create a long-lasting societal impact through the work with clients.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to jump on the adventure of building and growing a leading management consultancy originating from Central Eastern Europe.

Lead digital projects and provide fact-based recommendations to clients;

Build and maintain long lasting client relationships;

Coach team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects;

Simultaneously lead several teams of consultants in project delivery and client relationship management;

Build digital service lines within Civitta;

Actively participate in company management and development both locally and internationally.

6+ years of experience working with creative and digital product delivery;

A track record of leading projects through all stages — from analysis and ideation to final delivery;

Professional level of Latvian and English language;

Strong leadership skills and experience in team management;

Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to contribute to development of the company;

Ability to build a strong sales pipeline;

You strive to bring impact to your clients through fact-based recommendations and high quality advisory.
