Our Headquarters team supports Civitta’s daily operations across countries within HR, recruitment, marketing, finance, administration, legal, and other internal functions. Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a Senior Accountant, where you, together with Lithuanian accounting team, will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of accounting operations for Civitta’s and legal entities with the possibility to expand your talent to service external clients.

Handle general ledger accounting – entering financial data, reconciling accounts, and performing month-end and year-end closing procedures;

Fulfill tax obligations – preparing and submitting tax declarations (PIT, SODRA, VAT, etc.), calculating and monitoring tax compliance;

Prepare financial statements – including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, cash flow reports, and other financial documentation and analysis;

Manage payroll accounting – calculating salaries, taxes, and other employee-related payments;

Collaborate with auditors and public authorities – preparing required audit documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;

2+ years of experience in accounting;

Knowledge of Accounting and Tax Accounting reporting in Lithuania;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines;

Experience in working with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.
