Dallas, TX 75201
CDL-A Truck Driver

Home Time: 12 days out, 2 full days home
Weekly Pay: $1,350–$1,500
Freight: Nationwide refrigerated freight | No-touch loads | Long-haul running

Long-haul refrigerated freight keeps this CDL-A position moving with coast-to-coast lanes, consistent dispatch flow, and fewer short runs interrupting weekly mileage. Drivers in this fleet spend more time covering highway miles and less time waiting around for the next load, helping maintain stronger weekly consistency throughout the month.

Nationwide refrigerated freight
No-touch CDL-A loads
Long-haul freight with steady miles
Paid orientation and rider policy available

Freight Details
Drivers haul refrigerated freight across multiple regions with freight moving through major interstate corridors nationwide. Loads are no-touch with a mix of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled deliveries depending on customer locations. Because the operation focuses heavily on longer hauls, drivers are able to stay productive without constantly cycling through short-distance trips that reduce weekly mileage potential.

Freight is planned to keep trucks moving steadily while minimizing unnecessary downtime between loads. Drivers who prefer longer stretches on the road instead of frequent stop-and-go routing tend to fit well with this operation.

Pay & Benefits
Drivers generally average between $1,350–$1,500 per week based on mileage, trip length, and productivity during the pay period. Longer runs help support more stable weekly earnings by reducing delays between dispatches and increasing overall drive time opportunities.

Benefits begin after 30 days and include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Orientation is paid, and travel related to orientation is covered for incoming drivers.

Home Time & Schedule
Drivers run 12 days out followed by 2 full days at home. The schedule is designed for drivers who want consistent over-the-road miles while still having planned home time built into the rotation. Dispatch works to plan trips ahead whenever possible to help create a more predictable routine throughout each work cycle.

Equipment Information
Drivers are assigned automatic sleeper trucks maintained on a regular service schedule to help minimize downtime. Equipment is designed for over-the-road operation and built to support drivers spending extended time on long-haul freight comfortably and efficiently.
