Position Summary The ERP Analyst supports the administration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
Assist in managing the lifecycle of Sandbox and Production environments, including coordinating with Microsoft on platform updates.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2–5 years of ERP system support or implementation experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 required.
The ERP Analyst supports the administration, optimization, and ongoing improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This role partners closely with business stakeholders, managed service providers (MSPs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to ensure system stability, data integrity, and effective adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist in managing the lifecycle of Sandbox and Production environments, including coordinating with Microsoft on platform updates.
- →Assist with configuration of core ERP modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Inventory Management, Production Control).
- →Oversee the cleaning, mapping, and migration of legacy data into D365 using DMF and Excel Add-ins.
- →Monitor and troubleshoot integrations between D365 and external systems (CRM, Payroll, E-commerce platforms).
- →Serve as Tier 2/3 support for end-users, troubleshooting system issues and how-to questions.
- →Validate integration data flow; conduct unit and integrated testing of MSP/ISV code prior to UAT.
- →Maintain project plans by updating timelines and milestones.
- →Schedule and facilitate discovery sessions, steering committee meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- →Document key decisions, risks, and action items.
- →Consolidate team updates to produce weekly status reports for stakeholders.
- →Manage project documentation within SharePoint/Teams with proper version control.
- →Coordinate training logistics and ensure accessibility of training materials and recordings.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2–5 years of ERP system support or implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 required.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
