Responsibilities

Directly provide maintenance services for a new affordable housing property in Richmond.
Lead and support Maintenance Technicians across multiple sites.

Coordinate preventive maintenance programs.
Assist with capital projects, vendor management, and contract oversight.
Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs.

Help ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Support inventory management and maintenance documentation.

Provide hands-on assistance when needed to keep work orders and unit turnover on schedule.

Experience in building maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep.
Leadership experience supervising maintenance staff.
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry or related trades.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between properties.

Monday through Friday; 8 am to 4:30 pm
40 hours/weekly
