→High School diploma or equivalent.
→Post-secondary education in chemistry.
→1 year of compounding experience in a manufacturing environment.
→Ability to follow written directions exactly. 
→Proven ability to use weights and measures accurately. 
→Understanding of chemical properties. 
→Ability to comprehend regulatory standards and company policies and procedures. 
→Ability to organize priorities. 
→Ability to read, write, and speak English competently. 
→Ability to pass an onsite work skills test 
→Ability to maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance. 
→Ability to work on-site.
→Advanced math skills (preferred).
→Ability to drive forklift (preferred). 
→Experience with RF scanners (preferred).  
→Ability to work independently with minimal supervision (preferred). 
→Mechanical aptitude and ability to analyze minor mechanical problems and resolve them (preferred).
