Customer Success Coordinator

Position Overview: The Customer Success Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the Customer Success and Project Management team.
Customer & Team Support Support the team in managing customer communications and scheduling meetings. Prepare meeting materials and capture notes, action items, and follow-ups. Ensure timely responses to routine customer requests.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, or a combination of education and experience is desired.
- 0-2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or support roles.
- Interest in manufacturing, supply chain, or beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic professional communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and grow in project management.
- Commitment to maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Primarily Office environment – climate-controlled.
- Hybrid work arrangements may be considered.
- Travel requirements may be up to 10% annually.
