PRN TMS Coordinator

Clarity Clinic is seeking a PRN TMS Coordinator to support TMS treatment operations across our Loop (333 N. Michigan Ave, #1400, Chicago) and Arlington Heights (2101 S Arlington Heights Rd, #185, Arlington Heights) locations. This role provides flexible, as-needed coverage for individuals receiving TMS therapy for MDD, OCD, and other mental health conditions. TMS is the only FDA-approved non-invasive, non-systemic treatment for major depression and OCD.

As a PRN team member, you'll be certified to deliver TMS Therapy under the supervision of our medical directors, staff physicians, and center managers, stepping in as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care at both sites.

• →Collaboration — Work with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, neurologists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care regardless of location

• →Communication Skills — Clearly communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals about TMS procedures, benefits, potential side effects, and treatment plans

• →Continuing Education — Stay current on TMS advancements, research, and best practices

• →Documentation and Record-Keeping — Maintain accurate, confidential patient records consistent with protocols at both locations

• →Patient Care — Provide empathetic, patient-centered care regardless of which site you're covering

• →Problem-Solving — Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues that arise during sessions

• →Safety Compliance — Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper equipment placement and monitoring

• →Technical Expertise — Understand TMS equipment operation, setup, and calibration at both locations

• →Troubleshooting and Maintenance — Assess equipment functionality and perform routine maintenance as needed

*Complete TMS training will be provided.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in psychology, neurobiology, social work, pre-med, or a related field preferred, not required

• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Billing software knowledge

• Insurance knowledge

• Clinical interviewing experience

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Loop and Arlington Heights locations as scheduled
