We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role is suited for someone who operates with a high degree of independence—someone who not only answers questions, but proactively identifies them.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape strategy, uncover opportunities, and deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a strong balance of analytical rigor and business context.
Responsibilities
~1 min read● Own end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition through execution and delivery
● Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks
● Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
● Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making
● Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
● Partner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategic decisions
● Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
● 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
● Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R. Experience with the Databricks platform is a plus.
● Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
● Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
● Experience working with large and complex datasets
● Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital products is a plus.
