Responsibilities

Process Accounts Receivable Transactions
→
Timely raising of invoices and distribution to clients
→
Manage collection efforts and associated functions to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner
→
Prepare cash receipts for processing
→
Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner
→
Maintain an organized and streamlined Accounts Receivable accounting system
→
Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements
→
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
→
Provide support for internal and external audits
→
Perform general bookkeeping duties such as:

→
Updating Accounts Receivable postings in the accounting software
→
Recording of Accounts Receivable receipts and collections
→
Reconciling Accounts Receivable accounts on a regular basis

→
Perform additional finance responsibility when applicable or assigned
