We are looking for a Mid to Senior-Level CSR / Assistant Account Manager to provide dedicated support to the company’s co-founders, assisting in the day-to-day management of promotional product orders and client communications. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth order processing, accurate quoting, and efficient coordination with vendors and clients—especially during this busy period of high order volume and new client onboarding. The ideal candidate has experience in the Australian promotional products industry, strong attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to help manage and grow key client relationships.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Support the account managers in managing key client accounts
- Liaise directly with clients to clarify order details, timelines, and branding requirements.
- Prepare and send quotes for merchandise and apparel orders, using supplier catalogs and pricing tools.
- Coordinate and follow up on production timelines, order updates, and delivery statuses for smaller/easier jobs.
- Assist in sourcing products from AU-based suppliers (e.g., APPA suppliers)
- Manage order entry and updates in internal systems
- Provide general administrative support during downtime (e.g., maintaining client records, updating spreadsheets, helping with supplier follow-ups)
- 3+ years experience in a CSR, Sales Support, or Account Management role—preferably in the AU promotional products or apparel industry
- Strong understanding of branded merchandise workflows, from quoting to production and delivery
- Familiarity with AU suppliers and platforms (e.g., APPA, PromoNet, or similar tools) is a huge advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support senior leadership remotely
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Comfortable working AU business hours
