The Graphic Designer role is to create artworks ensuring all design requirements are met. Graphic Designer will work directly with the AP product team and sales representatives assisting with creating mock-ups, artworks, storyboards, and designs ensuring all criteria are met to the design brief and deadlines.

Assist product team, sales representatives, and customers to understand their design requirements for apparel uniforms.

Process artwork requests within AP lead time.
- →
Creates artwork specifically for dye-sublimation printing.
- →
Ensures designs are prepared correctly for the sublimation printing process.
- →
Ensure designs meet technical specifications and are achievable in manufacturing.
- →
Ensure customized templates are selected when required, this includes but are not limited to Supacolour, supagang, Socks , bag and accessories.

Maintain AP products vector template library.
- →
Assist product team with Manuals, forms, documents, templates for team improvements.

Maintain an AP color library.
- →
Maintain AP labels and Tickets vector/artwork library.
- →
Designs Records Managements - Maintain customer’s artworks for easy historical references and access.
- →
Maintain Info sheets library for Stock service products and VIP indent products.
- →
Create unique logos, graphics, and designs that align with the client's brand identity and represent their vision.

Assist with Marketing product information.
- →
Assist Technical Product Team in all aspects of product development when required and any other duties as required within the business.
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on uniform embellishment.
Experience in sublimation garments.
Garment construction knowledge will be preferred.
Strong knowledge in Adobe Suite.
Knowledge of garment embellishment techniques, including embroidery, heat pressing, screen printing, or sublimation.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design and uniform embellishment.
Keen eye for detail and ability to ensure accurate placement, alignment, and quality of logo and design embellishments.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Think creatively to develop unique designs and propose creative solutions to meet client needs.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
