Medical Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Medical Billing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle medical billing, ensure accurate claims processing, and follow up on outstanding balances to support the company’s revenue cycle.

  Process and submit medical claims and invoices accurately and on time

  Manage end-to-end billing, including claim submission, tracking, and follow-ups

  Investigate and resolve denied or rejected claims

• →

  Perform collections (insurance and patient), including calls and email follow-ups

• →

  Monitor and manage accounts receivable (AR) to ensure timely payments

• →

  Work with clearinghouses, payer portals, and billing systems

• →

  Ensure compliance with billing guidelines and timely filing requirements

• →

  Track billing performance and maintain accurate records

• →

  Assist with weekly payroll processing (training provided if needed)

• →

  Review and help resolve timekeeping discrepancies

• Experience in U.S. medical billing (BPO or healthcare setting preferred)

• Background in claims processing, AR follow-ups, or collections

• Familiarity with insurance claims and denial handling

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Comfortable using multiple systems and tools

• Basic knowledge of payroll is a plus but not required

• Experience in home healthcare or similar industry is a plus
