Product Trainer

We're looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our team and play a key role in shaping the skills and success of our employees. If you have a passion for training, an ability to engage learners, and a solid grasp of facilitation techniques and instructional design, we'd love to meet you! In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting classroom and online training sessions, developing training materials, and collaborating closely with leadership to build a strong learning culture.

  Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and tenured employees

  Work side by side with leadership to develop training materials, curriculums, and learning paths based on industry needs

  Apply learning methodologies to improve training effectiveness

  Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions

• →

  Design and implement interactive learning experiences that cater to different learning styles

  Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback

• →

  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance training programs

• Training & Facilitation: Experience At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning & development role, preferably in outsourcing, BPO, or professional services

• Instructional Design Knowledge: Familiarity with ADDIE or other learning frameworks

• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage learners across different experience levels

• Adaptability & Collaboration: Comfortable working with different teams to customize training approaches

• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and virtual training software (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
