Program Coordinator

This role is primarily IT and e-commerce focused. The coordinator is responsible for the technical build, configuration, ongoing administration and continuous improvement of multiple client-facing B2B and B2C online stores across several platforms, notably Neto and WordPress (with Woo Commerce)

Build, configure, and launch new B2B and B2C e-commerce stores based on client requirements and project briefs

Administer and maintain online stores, including product listings, pricing, images, content, navigation, layouts, and user access management
- →
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with platform vendors and internal IT teams to resolve concerns

Implement enhancements to improve user experience, operational workflows, and automation processes

Perform basic front-end updates, including HTML edits, template customization, form creation, and system integrations
- →
Process and monitor customer orders while providing timely support to clients and end-users through phone, email, and online channels
- →
Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment with warehouse teams and third-party logistics (3PL) providers
- →
Onboard new B2B users and maintain appropriate access permissions across platforms
- →
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of product information, pricing, and program data

Prepare and maintain operational reports for internal stakeholders and management
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing B2B or B2C e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Neto, WooCommerce, or similar systems
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, content management systems (CMS), product data management, and online store administration
Basic knowledge of HTML and front-end website configuration.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues
High attention to detail, particularly in managing product data, pricing, inventory, and online content
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support both internal and external stakeholders effectively
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stores, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shopify Liquid
Experience with ERP or Order Management Systems, particularly NetSuite
Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, freight, and third-party logistics (3PL) operations
Background in promotional products, merchandise, apparel, gifting, or related industries
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis
