The PPC & SEO Specialist will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing team to plan and execute strategies that boost ROI, increase targeted traffic, and improve online presence. This role requires knowledge of Google Ads, social advertising (Meta, LinkedIn), SEO optimization, and performance analytics.

Develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to achieve business objectives.

Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience targeting to ensure the effectiveness of paid campaigns.

Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance, identifying trends and making data-backed recommendations for optimization.

Implement and refine SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimizations, technical SEO, and content recommendations to improve search rankings and organic traffic.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align paid ads and SEO efforts with broader marketing goals.

Utilize web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager, etc.) to measure campaign performance and generate actionable insights.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in PPC advertising, SEO, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge.

Manage budgets effectively to ensure cost efficiency and high return on investment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and PPC.
Proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO optimization.
Practical knowledge in PPC, SEO, and email marketing.
Proficiency in SEO best practices including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using tools like Google Data Studio, CRM tools, SEMrush, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and optimize budget allocation effectively.
