About the Role:

Join Class 101 and Sylvan Learning Center as the Director of Center in Coral Gables, FL, where you'll lead our mission to empower students through personalized education. This part-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students while working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure a positive learning environment for students.
Manage and mentor a team of educators and support staff.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and the community.
Coordinate events and workshops to promote student engagement.
Ensure compliance with Sylvan policies and procedures.
Utilize data-driven strategies to improve center performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in educational leadership or center management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for student success and educational development.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics.
Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours OR willingness to take on full-time position.
Background in tutoring or educational services is a plus.
