~1 min read- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Alberta Security License.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Strong observational awareness and attention to detail.
- Ability to walk up to 18–20 km per shift and climb stairs regularly.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Previous security experience.
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Experience working in customer-facing or high-traffic environments.
- Familiarity with report writing and incident documentation.
