→Minimum 8 years of experience as a service technician in home repair and/or commercial maintenance.
→Personal tools required for consideration.
→Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and various repair equipment.
→Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
→Effective verbal and written communication skills.
→Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
→Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
→Physical ability to bend, kneel, lift, stretch, and carry materials required for repair tasks.
→Ability to work consistent business hours without tardiness or early departures.
→Ability to read, interpret, and navigate maps within the assigned service territory.
