We are seeking experienced individuals with backgrounds in residential construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades to join our Home Building Team.

• Residential Construction
• Carpentry/Framing
• Drywall
• Roofing/Shingling
• Residential Electrical
• Residential Plumbing
• Welding
• Manufacturing using hand and power tools
• Other skilled trades

• →Build quality homes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• →Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
• →Read and follow work instructions and production drawings
• →Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals
• →Work as part of a team and assist in multiple areas as needed
• →Follow all safety policies and procedures

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a skilled trade
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding environment
• Willingness to learn multiple jobs and grow within the organization

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling
• Work primarily involves standing, up to 4 hours at a time
