Location: Caseville, MI

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between the hours of 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner / Cleaning Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing general janitorial duties across designated commercial facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high sanitation standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and creating safe environments for employees and visitors.

  Surface Cleaning & Sanitation: Dust, wipe, and sanitize high-touch surfaces, desks, tables, counters, and office equipment.

  Floor Care Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum carpeted and hard-surface floor areas throughout the facility.

  Restroom Maintenance: Deep clean, sanitize, and restock supplies in all restrooms, breakrooms, and kitchen areas.

  Trash & Waste Removal: Empty waste receptacles, replace liners, and transport trash to designated disposal areas.

  Facility Security: Ensure designated doors, windows, and entryways are secured upon completing shifts.

  Inventory Monitoring: Track cleaning chemical levels and supplies, notifying supervisors when reordering is necessary.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.

• Physical capability to bend, lift, reach, push, and stand for extended periods.

• Punctual, reliable, and possess dependable transportation to and from job locations.

• Background check and drug screening may be required prior to placement.
