In this role, you will play a vital part in creating safe, sanitary, and welcoming environments for businesses across our community.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.

Sanitize and disinfect high-touch surfaces, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

Dust furniture, fixtures, window sills, and office equipment.

Monitor cleaning supply inventory and request replenishment when needed.

Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, chemical handling procedures, and client site policies.

Work independently or alongside teammates to complete assigned daily task lists efficiently.

Requirements

Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and consistency.
Physical Capability: Ability to handle physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
Detail-Oriented: A thorough eye for cleanliness and pride in delivering high-quality work.
Experience: Prior commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required-we provide comprehensive, hands-on training from day one to set you up for success!
