Job Summary

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a dependable and experienced Day Porter to join our team in Worthington, Ohio. We take pride in providing clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients while maintaining a professional and supportive workplace.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you learn our procedures and meet our quality standards.

As a Day Porter, you will help maintain a clean, organized, and professional facility throughout the day. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and can work independently while maintaining a consistent cleaning routine.

Essential Job Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas throughout the shift.

• Dust furniture, fixtures, ledges, and other surfaces.

• Sweep and mop hard floors.

• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and entryways.

• Empty trash and recycling containers.

• Clean and sanitize restrooms and break areas.

• Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.

• Spot clean glass, doors, and frequently touched surfaces.

• Keep cleaning equipment, carts, and supplies organized.

• Follow company safety policies and cleaning procedures.

• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards to management.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning experience is required.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Professional and courteous when interacting with clients and coworkers.

• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 20 pounds.

Additional Requirements

A valid driver's license and proof of insurance may be required for certain assignments.
