Join Our Team

Clean Team is looking for a dependable floor technician to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. Floor Technicians focus on maintaining floor surfaces at commercial facilities. Assignments may vary by building and service needs. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, physical work and takes satisfaction in visible results. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You'll Do

Perform floor-care tasks as assigned, including scrubbing and refinishing where trained
Operate floor machines and related equipment safely
Vacuum, sweep, mop, and prepare surfaces before floor-care work
Use approved products and follow dilution and safety directions
Protect surrounding areas and post required caution signage
Inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain organized supplies
Communicate with supervisors about project progress and site needs

What We're Looking For

Previous floor-care experience is helpful; familiarity with floor machines is a plus.
Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
Authorization to work in the United States
