Recruiting Coordinator & HR Specialist

As our Recruiting Coordinator & HR Specialist, you'll play an important role in helping us attract, identify, and hire talented individuals across multiple departments. You'll work directly with our HR Manager and company leadership, gaining hands-on experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and HR operations.

• $45,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM — no weekends or late nights
• Full-time, in-office position in Clearwater, Florida

You'll help manage the recruiting process from the initial application through hiring, ensuring candidates have a positive, professional experience.

• →Review applications and identify qualified candidates for open positions
• →Proactively contact applicants through phone calls, text messages, and email
• →Conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications
• →Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain timely follow-up
• →Create, post, and manage job advertisements on Indeed and other recruiting platforms
• →Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and hiring activity in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• →Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing hiring needs
• →Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• →Track recruiting activity and work toward established hiring goals
• →Assist the HR Manager with new-hire onboarding, documentation, and other HR initiatives
• →Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and the candidate experience

We're looking for a people-oriented, dependable, and motivated professional who can balance strong communication skills with organization and follow-through.

• Enjoy speaking with people and building professional relationships
• Are confident making frequent outbound calls and conducting phone interviews
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Can manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented
• Are comfortable working with computers, online platforms, and digital tools
• Take ownership of your responsibilities and consistently follow through
• Are self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working toward measurable goals
• Have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in recruiting and Human Resources

• At least one year of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, call center operations, or a similar people-focused role
• Familiarity with Indeed, applicant tracking systems, HR software, or recruiting platforms
• Experience conducting phone interviews, coordinating schedules, or managing candidate communications
