Field Service Supervisor

• →Responsible for technical support of assigned technicians and their territories
• →Responsible for field training of newly hired technicians
• →Mentoring assigned technicians
• →Responsible for training and continued education of assigned technicians
• →Perform random periodic checks of assigned technicians' work
• →Responsible for resolving all customer callbacks for assigned areas
• →Work closely with dispatch team to drive efficiency and productivity
• →Work closely with Account Managers and sales team to drive sales
• →Work closely with staff and field technicians to promote safety initiatives, quality control, and training to ensure safety protocols are implemented and enforced
• →Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers
• →Perform other related duties as required and assigned

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry
• Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities

• Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; noise level is usually quiet.
