To lead this next chapter, Cloudflare has created the Cloudflare One (CF1) Speedboat - a dedicated, cross-functional organization designed to operate with the focus, agility, and autonomy of a startup, backed by the global scale and infrastructure of Cloudflare.

We are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial executive to serve as the Vice President, CF1 GTM. In this role, you will own and scale a high-growth global business, define the GTM strategy, and build a multi-billion-dollar business in one of the most dynamic markets of the decade. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a “company within a company,” shaping the future of how enterprises secure and connect to the Internet.

• →Own and Scale the Business: Act as the general manager of Cloudflare One business unit, with full accountability for global GTM strategy, execution, and P&L performance.
• →Define the Market Strategy: Craft and execute a bold, differentiated strategy to establish Cloudflare as the world’s leading SASE and Zero Trust platform. Align product innovation, ecosystem partnerships, and field execution behind a unified vision.
• →Build a World-Class Leadership Team: Recruit, develop, and lead a global organization across sales, solution engineering, success, operations, and GTM strategy - fostering a culture of speed, accountability, and innovation.
• →Drive Operational Excellence: Establish and manage a high-velocity operating cadence, including forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, and executive-level reporting grounded in data-driven insights.
• →Champion the Partner-First Motion: Drive growth through deep collaboration with Cloudflare’s partner ecosystem - enabling global systems integrators, MSPs, and channel partners to scale Cloudflare One’s reach and impact.
• →Be the Voice of the Field: Serve as the bridge between the market and the business. Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable insights for Product and Engineering to accelerate innovation and adoption.
• →Lead the AI Security Motion: Own Cloudflare's GTM for AI-native enterprises - from Digital Native AI companies building on Cloudflare infrastructure to large enterprises securing AI workloads. Drive adoption of AI Gateway, Zero Trust for AI model access, and DLP for prompt-level data protection as the entry motion into this segment.
• →Evangelize the Vision: Represent Cloudflare One as an executive spokesperson with customers, partners, industry analysts, and at major events. Position Cloudflare as the thought leader shaping the future of Zero Trust and network security..

• Enterprise Builder: 15+ years leading large-scale enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity businesses, ideally with prior GM or P&L ownership experience.
• Strategic Visionary: Deep understanding of cybersecurity, networking, and cloud ecosystems - including SASE, Zero Trust, SD-WAN, and network security.
• Partner-First Leader: Proven record of building and scaling partner-led GTM models and ecosystem-driven growth strategies.
• Competitive Depth: Track record of winning against entrenched security incumbents in enterprise accounts, with specific fluency in the SASE competitive landscape.
• AI Market Fluency: Working understanding of how enterprises are deploying AI infrastructure and the security, connectivity, and observability requirements that it creates.
• Operational Excellence: Demonstrated ability to design and execute rigorous operating frameworks that drive sustained, measurable growth.
• Inspirational Leadership: Known for building high-performance global teams and cultivating cultures of excellence, collaboration, and inclusion.
• Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; comfortable engaging with customers, analysts, boards, and global audiences.

The Vice President, CF1 GTM will define how enterprises secure, connect, and operate in the modern Internet era - and in doing so, shape the next chapter of Cloudflare’s growth story.

Project Galileo: Since 2014, we've equipped more than 2,400 journalism and civil society organizations in 111 countries with powerful tools to defend themselves against attacks that would otherwise censor their work, technology already used by Cloudflare’s enterprise customers--at no cost.

Athenian Project: In 2017, we created the Athenian Project to ensure that state and local governments have the highest level of protection and reliability for free, so that their constituents have access to election information and voter registration. Since the project, we've provided services to more than 425 local government election websites in 33 states.

1.1.1.1: We released 1.1.1.1 to help fix the foundation of the Internet by building a faster, more secure and privacy-centric public DNS resolver. This is available publicly for everyone to use - it is the first consumer-focused service Cloudflare has ever released. Here’s the deal - we don’t store client IP addresses never, ever. We will continue to abide by our privacy commitment and ensure that no user data is sold to advertisers or used to target consumers.
