Clove Alliance is looking for a Community Education & Training Specialist to develop meaningful educational experiences and bring prevention education and training to schools, professionals, and community partners throughout our service area.
A key part of this role is curriculum development. The ideal candidate will be able to develop, update, and adapt educational materials and presentations to meet the needs of different audiences. We’re looking for someone who can take information and turn it into clear, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences.
Because education and training are at the heart of this position, candidates should be confident presenting and facilitating in front of groups and able to connect with a variety of audiences.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, creative, comfortable with technology, and passionate about education. If you enjoy developing curriculum, creating engaging presentations, and helping people learn, we’d love to hear from you!
This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing projects and priorities, and taking initiative while also collaborating effectively with the Clove Alliance team.
At times, this can be a fast-paced role, especially during the school year when our education and training schedule is busiest. We’re looking for someone who can stay organized, shift priorities, and adapt as schedules or needs change, all while bringing creativity, energy, and thoughtfulness to their work.
Strong technology skills are important. The person in this role should be confident using different digital platforms, creating educational materials, and troubleshooting basic technology needs. Experience with Canva is a definite bonus!
