Clover Health is seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Operations Manager, Supplemental Benefits to lead vendor management and large-scale implementations across Clover’s supplemental benefits portfolio, including vision, hearing, fitness, OTC, and LiveHealthy rewards.
This role will sit at the intersection of strategy and operations: You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendor partners to implement and optimize benefit programs that drive member value and plan performance.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional implementations, deep experience with vendor management, and strong domain expertise. Experience in Medicare Advantage and familiarity with core operational functions such as network, claims, call center, and billing are strongly preferred.
What We Offer
~1 min read- Develop a deep understanding of Clover’s supplemental benefits portfolio, vendor landscape, and operational workflows.
- Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and external vendor partners.
- Gain visibility into current implementations, performance metrics, and key operational challenges.
- Identify early opportunities to improve execution, coordination, and vendor performance.
- Successfully lead at least one large-scale supplemental benefit implementation end-to-end.
- Improve visibility and tracking of vendor performance and program execution.
- Establish a consistent cadence of cross-functional coordination, reporting, and governance.
- Drive measurable improvements in implementation timelines, operational readiness, or member experience.
- Reliable, scalable implementations of supplemental benefits that deliver a seamless member experience.
- Strong vendor partnerships with clear accountability, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- A best-in-class operational model supporting Clover’s growth in Medicare Advantage supplemental benefits.
- Bring 4–6+ years of experience in program management, operations, or strategy, with a strong track record of leading large, complex implementations.
- Have deep experience with vendor management, including overseeing performance, managing SLAs, and driving accountability.
- Possess strong domain expertise in supplemental benefits within Medicare Advantage.
- Bring working knowledge of key healthcare operational functions, including network management, claims processing, call center operations, and billing.
- Are highly organized and able to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Thrive in cross-functional environments and can influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment and building structure where needed.
