Circle Medical is a fast-growing telehealth primary care practice on a mission to make high-quality, whole-person care accessible to everyone. We operate at the intersection of technology and clinical excellence, serving patients across the United States through a seamless app-first experience.


We are looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our growth strategy at a pivotal moment in the company’s trajectory. This is a senior, high-ownership role for a marketing leader who thinks in systems, executes with precision, and knows how to build durable, trust-led brands in regulated healthcare environments.


You will be accountable for both near-term acquisition performance and long-term brand equity. You will work closely with product, clinical, and operations leadership to align the patient experience with the promise we make in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team responsible for Circle Medical's consumer marketing strategy across email, , SMS/phone-based outreach, web, social, and paid channels : driving awareness of Circle Medical's primary care and specialty services, converting prospective patients into booked appointments, and increasing engagement and retention among existing patients.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive consumer paid advertising strategy. Partner with Analytics on building monitoring and tracking mechanisms for continuous campaign refinement to maximize ROI across patient acquisition and retention channels.

  • Ensure a seamless, consistent, and cohesive patient experience across all consumer-facing touchpoints, from first awareness through ongoing care. Maintain brand voice that is warm, clear, and trustworthy in alignment with Circle Medical's patient-first identity

  • Continuously refine messaging across all lifecycle communications as Circle Medical expands its service lines, adds new care programs and enters new markets.

  • Collaborate with Product on the  quarterly experimentation roadmap and deployment of various experiments to improve KPIs including appointment booking rates, patient activation, and retention. Rapidly scale positive results for maximum impact.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Clinical Excellence, Operations, Finance and Patient Support to ensure marketing strategies align with regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and business objectives.

  • Analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize strategies, deriving actionable insights from data to drive decisions on channel mix, messaging, and targeting.

  • Monitor telemedicine industry trends, competitive activity, and healthcare regulatory shifts to identify growth opportunities and make strategic pivots as needed.

  • Have full P&L ownership of Growth Marketing budget

Requirements

  • Familiarity with insurance-based healthcare models, RCM, or payer marketing

  • Experience with measurement-based care, outcomes marketing, or clinical quality reporting

  • Comfort with HIPAA-compliant marketing practices and healthcare advertising restrictions

  • Familiar with insurance plans and RCM

We offer compensation that is market-aligned, performance-driven, and designed to maintain internal equity. Pay is reviewed regularly, and growth is supported based on demonstrated impact and increased scope of responsibility, not tenure alone. 

Pay Bands by Region:

Region 1 (San Francisco and similar cost markets): $186,000 – $207,000 base salary
Region 2 (Chicago and similar cost markets): $149,000 – $165,000 base salary
Region 3 (National, all other U.S. locations): $130,000 – $145,000 base salary
Paid Time Off: Flexible vacation, sick leave, and 12 statutory holidays.
